Traffic jam's no match for this air taxi!
Volocopter shows its latest test run of its 18-rotor, two-seater aircraft dubbed the Volocopter 2X electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft at the Le Bourget Airfield during the Paris Air Forum in 2021.
During the test flight, the aircraft flew 1,600 feet (500 m) while traveling at speeds up to 19 mph (30 kph) at an altitude of 98 feet (30 m).
The company's aiming to bring air taxi service to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
