Cereal KillerWriter Rebecca Papin jokes that “Dad is killing it on Twitter!” Her father made this costume for Halloween. As a serial killer, his preferred means of murder is a knife, but he can also give you a sugar overload.Don’t worry—he will give you some dignity by pouring the milk into the bowl after putting you inside, not before. He’s not a savage.#Halloween #serialkillers #costumes
Jack-O'-Lantern SushiTwitter user ama shares this image of sushi on sale at a grocery store in what is presumably Japan. They comment that their local Aeon—that’s a Japanese retail megacorporation—offers these for sale every year at Halloween. It looks like a funny and easy way for the meat department employees to get a few laughs out of shoppers. Here are some recipes for Halloween sushi that you can make at home. If you're really daring, try making this brain out of salmon, red tobiko (a type of flying fish), and avocado.-via Super Punch#sushi #JackOLantern #Halloween

Dad Creates Drive-In Movie Theater Costume For DaughterBest dad ever. Also, can we just point out that this costume is such a creative idea? When we think of Halloween costumes, we usually bring up fictional characters and pop culture icons, because they can be easily recognized and their costumes are easy to create or purchase. However, there is also room for creative and unexpected ideas to wow people during the spooky season (and get more candies!). Author and illustrator Greg Dietzenbach decided to turn his daughter into a drive-in movie theater for Halloween. Dietzenback created a headpiece of sorts from scratch. The artist included a small projector that displayed a clip from the 1931 Dracula movie. His daughter’s eyes were projected from the video that played right in front of her face with a pair of dark shaded sunglasses. Of course, the drive-in cannot be completed without a dad pun! Check more photos of his process in creating the costume below!Image credit: Greg Dietzenbach#Halloween #Costumes #DriveIn #Dracula #Dad #GregDietzenbach
