Created by start-up company Refraction AI, the little pizza box on wheels is called the REV-1 and it's on a pilot program in the city of Austin, Texas.City officials noted on social media: "A new type of delivery service is about to hit the streets of Austin. Watch for these three-wheeled robots around South Congress. Assistants ride nearby them to ensure safe travel.
