And it's easy to see why: the small store, located in the Grand Bazaar of Tehran, is packed with hundreds if not thousands of different kinds of pencils.
"This is my paradise," Rafieh said, "I was painting and I imagined what other beautiful colors would be created by combining colors, and how good it would be if all these colors had pencils. For example, the combination of yellow and blue becomes a beautiful and special green color called turquoise green. But such a color is not found in pencil boxes." That led Rafieh to collect and then sell specialty pencils in all sorts of colors. He's been selling pencils for 30 years!
