Joy Huang cooks so many amazing dishes! Her Instagram page features homemade congee, ramen, huajuan, ice cream, and more. She’s an especially inspired baker and has become internet-famous for challah and focaccia.
Earlier this year, she made a loaf of braided challah with strands featuring all the colors of the rainbow. She wove them together and added sprinkles for additional flair.
