Jetson One: a Personal Electric Multicopter that You can Build from a Kit at Home

Sweden's Jetson One is finally here, and it looks like a fun new toy to play with.

Equipped with motors on its front and back, the Jetson One is an electric helicopter VTOL (vertical take off and landing craft) that can whiz through the air at a speed of 63 mph (102 km/h). Best of all, you won't need a pilot's license to fly it.

If you have doubts about Jetson One's safety, the flight computers equipped in the vehicle have you covered. For example, if you let go of the sticks, the aircraft will immediately perform an emergency landing.

What's more, the Jetson One can stabilize itself even when one of the motors stops running. And, when worse comes to worst, the multicopter has a rapidly deployable ballistic parachute (but don't wish for that experience, please!)

ā€‹It's expensive, however, with a price of $92,000. Not to mention that it can only run for about 15 minutes. So is it worth it?
