A 5th grade student from Pioneer Elementary school in Vancouver, Washington, noticed that the mood of her classmates was gloomy. This kind girl, named Ivy, wanted to do something for her downcast classmates. She decided to give each of them a rose and a heartwarming message.
A part of the message says, “I just want you all to know that I’m always here to talk to. I empathize [with] all of you I know what it's like and if you need someone to talk to, I’m always available.”
Ivy’s touching gesture was appreciated by her classmates, and according to the Evergreen School District, helped lift their spirits.
