A real estate site in Slovenia is offering this apartment for sale in the central part of Ljubljana, the capital city of that nation. Although it has only 210 square feet of living space inside, the design makes use of that limited space ingeniously. For example, that rack on the left side of the photo above flips down to give access to the upstairs bathroom, like so:
That's actually a fairly spacious shower, given the overall size of the apartment.
The bed is tiny and inadequate for more than one person. But I'd suggest building a custom loft frame inside the apartment to hold, perhaps, a double mattress.
There appear to be just two windows--one in the bedroom and built into the front door. So this apartment is not for the claustrophobic. But I could see this home has having a lot of appeal for business travelers who are in Slovenia occasionally and need a pied-à-terre.
