Instagram user @tamameottooo prepares astonishing wonders in the kitchen. Their entire gallery is worth browsing, as it is filled with pastries that are works of art. I’d consider not eating them, lest I disturb their beauty—but only for a second or two.
Fruit parfait sandwiches, mousse cakes, and tarts abound, but I’m especially taken with this orange cheesecake. The layers of sweetness, including slices from the fruit, are contained within the original rind.
Similarly, this mousse cake looks like an improvement on the original design of the tangerine.
