Burger King Employees Put Up a Sign "We All Quit, Sorry For The Inconvenience"

A photo of a Burger King sign in Lincoln, Nebraska, went viral recently. The sign said, "We All Quit, Sorry For The Inconvenience."

Former Burger King general manager Rachel Flores quit her job and then eight of her coworkers followed. In an interview with KLKN, Flores blamed management for the workers quitting en masse:

“They have gone through so many district managers since I’ve been GM,” she said. “No one has come to the store to help me out. They’re so in and out.”

Flores said the Burger King had employees working in the kitchen with no air conditioning for weeks. At one point, the kitchen reached over 90 degrees. Flores ended up in the hospital for dehydration. She said her boss reacted, saying she was being a “baby.”
